What a mess. Just spoke to a lady. I have a total outage, but it is not cold yet to call a mechanic. That's gonna be a cold night, thank you. With knowledge and respect. Nobody knows about what.

Since March I rent a home from housing corporation Nijestee, which engages Van Dorp for maintenance of, among other things, the heat / cold system for cooling and heating. Unfortunately, the experience so far has been very disappointing - so far the cold unit has not delivered cold at times when it has been necessary. These were then cases where the temperature was in the direction of 35-40 degrees. Air from around 34C from the cold / heat unit is not a pleasant experience. Continuous problems with one or another controller, "overdue maintenance" of the residents was the excuse. Repairs and maintenance have already been carried out several times with me, but the cold / heat system is still very volatile. I regularly called about it, there would be called back, appointments would be made, and the technicians on visit promised everything. Unfortunately, the truth is different, apparently you have to constantly go after everything yourself. The promised flushing of my heat unit, for example, would have been carried out more than three weeks ago, so far I have not experienced this. In addition, the work of the engineers has a rather adhesive tape and plaster feel, for example, my heat unit now has different types of screws, with clearly different colors and sizes. Addition after owner reply: "We would like to explain one and the other to you", which only deals with the cold / heat unit, and not with the other problems mentioned. That the communication is bizarre bad, and I cannot assume that what is said happens, I hear nothing about it. Also not about how repairs are not always neatly finished (in terms of handling during but also after the repair), there is only explanation the old story that the situation with the cold / heat unit is complex. No solution to my story, but that it is complex, and apparently I have to settle for that. This reaction does not surprise me at all, unfortunately. It is that I am saddened by the fact that the housing corporation is hiring from Dorp, it had certainly become a different party for its own choice.
