Extremely bad service, almost everytime I have to collect post there, I have to find it myself, as they don't have clue where things are... Last time they told me that they sent my post back, but after checking with postnl, they ' found' there... Avoid the place if possible...

Sometimes come here to pick up or send a package and I regularly buy something else. I always feel like I'm a burden when I come for my parcel, because they have to serve another cash register for the package. Not said, but made clear non-verbally. But today it spanned the crown. I bought a packet to send something, but the package was a fraction too small, so I asked for security to adhesive tape. The lady behind the counter said: "That will be a small tape, because we don't normally give tape. You must bring your own adhesive tape. " Okay fine. But I don't come here anymore.
