Another delivery between 12h&18h that never came. Email said new time was 22h. Still never came. Just another day with PostNL. Waited at my apartment just wasting time with these folks. Zero accountability.

The post office is in a basement accessible from the street, look for the post boxes nearby to find the entrance. Here you can parcels and it is well set up for that purpose. Select your box get an address sticker and customs declaration and your good to go. There is a large table for you to help assemble your boxes. Service is quite good and can answer questions and process your delivery. Make sure you hang onto the track and trace receipt. Highly recommend.
