Some time ago I went here to replace my ignition lock. I just went to Wensink because it allowed me to continue to use 1 key for both the doors and my ignition lock. My new ignition was installed and I paid the corresponding invoice properly. However, I still got a separate key for my ignition lock that does not fit on the doors and my old key (s) do not fit on the new ignition lock. Reason according to Wensink: ALL my locks are equally worn out and therefore my new key does not fit on all my doors and my 'old' keys (one of which is barely used) are again deformed too much for the new contact. It seems to me strongly that this is the case and if it does then the seller should have warned me about this. If this had been the risk I could have gone to another party for much less money and I would have taken it for granted that I had to use two keys. At least I would have had a spare key. . When I came to the desk to get redress, I was told very antisocial that I could have known this myself! Eventually I would get a new key for my ignition lock so that I would have at least a spare key at my disposal. Now I still haven't heard anything about this six months later I've been asking for a written response for six months now, but I don't hear anything from this party. UPDATE 10 MONTHS LATER WITHOUT REACTION Antisocial !! Months ago, a repair was not carried out properly. Since then I want to receive a written response. I have sent Wensink 5 emails, but they refuse to give me a written response. I will not say anything about the arrogant attitude of the employees at the desk. Never go to this dealer again!

Picked up a car and there were free lock bolts. That is only service!

Great help in the past, but recently bad experiences. Called several times because of a problem with my C4 Cactus. I will be connected twice to the workplace but will not be admitted. Then the receptionist indicated that the workplace would call me. This did not happen. So I gave them another chance by calling again myself. However, the workplace could not enter the system to make an appointment so they would call me back. This did not happen either. In the end I made the appointment at another garage.
