I was looking for another car for my girlfriend. So planned a day to view several cars at several companies. At this company there were 3 that I wanted to see. Called well in advance that I wanted to come by, we were not allowed to come by due to corona. While the advertisement stated that viewing was possible by appointment.
Bought a car somewhere else the same day.
Do NOT honor their purchase agreement and the warranty is also a joke! The advertisement stated that the car was delivered with TWO keys, only after the purchase I was told that the car only had ONE key. This had major consequences for my insurance as your car is then not insured against car theft. As a solution, it was offered to pay an additional 100 euros to have a new key made. Which is really ridiculous since I had not bought the car for two dimes and as a company you legally just have to comply with the purchase agreement AND the advertisement conditions. Please do not buy a car here. Enough other car companies that do fulfill their purchase agreement and do not give you this kind of information until AFTER the purchase.
