I had an amazing experience with with this company since I bought my first car from the. They are super costomer friendly, highly professional in the job, responsive and most importantly they always deliver on time.
So fat I'm very satisfied with with the services they rendered.
I highly recommend Refat auto's..
Very good service
It is actually not worth a star. Seat Ibiza bought in early January 2020. Been in 7 months with the same problem in 4 months. The company said that we had to look for another car with them for our purchase amount. Nothing found so we would both search the neighborhood. They have not even bothered to look for something and we are now saddled with a car full of problems and they tell us to find out for ourselves. Try to sell us another car that has a value of a quarter of our purchase price that we could exchange our car for.
In short: dredging service, please don't buy a car ...
A year ago bought a Toyota Avensis, built in 2001 km stand 250 000. Some 2200 euros paid for, which is even for the high side for this car. Anyway, at a garage and there would be ideas.
Agreed upon purchase: Air conditioning would be repaired, the winter tires would be replaced with summer tires.
My first complaint also comes into play here: There is no thinking with you. As a buyer, you will have to discover every defect yourself in a test drive. Of course, you buy a second-hand car ashes, but some openness is of course chic and good for trust.
Anyway, car purchased with new tires. First weekend car in use immediately an issue: Tire leak. It turns out, leak at valve. Same week: Another tire leak, valve problem again. In addition: Tires should be properly stuck, but they were mounted so that even the ADAC technician was in pain and struggling to get them loose.
Back at Refat: Sorry sir, we brought it to our tire specialist and it was a shame that it went like that. I understand that they outsource it, but as a garage you should still be able to vouch for the work of third parties ...
Within 2 weeks after purchase, a warning light came on: Visit the toyota dealer. Done, it appears that the on-board computer indicates that some electronic things have a short circuit, one of the sensors in the exhaust to control the combustion no longer works properly and a gyroscope for extra handling is no longer good.
Back to Refat. Their gyroscope is a shame than: Replacement costs are huge. For sensor she still wanted to see if they could get second-hand ones to put in it. Free, but I got the feeling that I had to be very grateful for it while my patience slowly started to run out.
In the end this was my last visit to Refat. Still had to deal with an extra defect: The battery was broken in six months, I had to have it replaced.
In August, after a year the car came through the MOT (at a different company of course), it was pointed out that the tires still had enough tread: "But they were very dried up, if the cracks on the canvas show they have to be replaced." These were the 'as good as new summer tires' that I got from Refat when purchasing.
All in all, very sorry about my purchase at this garage.
Within less than a year our Skoda Fabia (purchased with 224,000 km) stopped, engine completely demolished despite the fact that Refat / Car Store Assen had put a new timing belt on it. The car turned out to have been reduced by 100,000 in km's, while according to the seller the mileage was guaranteed. After half a year the clutch also had to be replaced and several parts were worn out, while we had purchased the car with a major service (carried out by them) and new MOT. Cheap = expensive buy is certainly true with this company, it all seems very nice but it certainly isn't.
