Great help. The staff is friendly and helpful. You feel that the customer is central and this also creates trust.

There are still some points to be gained in terms of accessibility. After a workshop visit a question. I called for that. After 4 (!) Choice menus and a total of 8 minutes of waiting, I did not get the right employee on the line yet, but a telephone operator who could only put me through. Total of 10 minutes on the road for a one-minute talk.

Century Assen does not honor agreements. Carries out repairs that have not been agreed upon without consultation. And if the car is not rescued at the agreed time. The customer does not hear that.
