Stranded with a flat tire, arrived and at the door is a nice saying about customer friendliness and service. Called in advance to see if the size tire was in stock. I was on time and had a long drive ahead of me. Unfortunately, I arrived just during the coffee break and only had to be patient for half an hour. I don't believe my clients would appreciate that in this case, and apparently it wasn't possible to finish the coffee after the 5min job. Unfortunately.

I thought my exhaust was leaking. I go to Profile. Always there was excellent help but this time was not nice. Not customer friendly. Was told there was a whole new exhaust under the car. Cost almost a thousand euros. I said there is a golden border sometimes. Been to two other garages and they both said the same thing. The manifold had to be replaced. Costs 250 euros. So there you have it . I will not be returning to Profile. I am very sorry because I have been there for years.
