top quality service experienced yesterday a customer comes for a new battery and asks an employee at the counter if he wants to help lift, the employee certainly says and then the customer walks to his car and opens it and remains waiting so that the employee can put the battery in the car without helping him lift but no discord from the employee about this. I call this top-shelf service.
