De Onderdelenspecialist 't Forum , Assen

Yesterday I went to De Onderdelenspecialist 't Forum for new shaving heads for my shaver. An employee then responded that they are there for a specific price, but that they were sold out. That can of course happen once. Only I would rather he had said that he could possibly order them. Then I would even have been open to the delivery time being a bit longer than usual.

We were on family visit in Assen and wanted to go when our car no longer wanted to start because the battery in the key was empty. On the advice of my uncle went to the parts specialist. We were very friendly and well helped with a new battery, so were able to still come home .. We will definitely come back here.

Great and friendly service. Thanks to the expert explanation, our washing machine does it again. Where we were not well helped elsewhere and were confronted with high sums, we could replace the carbon brushes for a fraction of the amount that was asked for at another parts store.

Experienced staff

Bought: an electric BBQ. Did not work. Didn't get a refund, they didn't. Very unpleasant in contact. Device repaired with some fiddling. Very annoying experience. Never again.
