The people themselves are super nice when I was there the first time and bought 2 items. The only thing I just can't find is that they don't take back discounted items. Ok it is possible. Provided it is indicated! But this was nowhere clear Returning it is different from exchange of course. So if I wanted to find out something else, this was also not possible. Because I didn't start talking about wanting a refund but wanting to find out something else. I then asked if it could be realized as a favor the pants that I had bought with a 50% discount and still cost me 40 euros, to be able to exchange for something else. This was absolutely not possible. The receipt clearly states: exchange only with receipt and two exclamation marks. And I was back within 5 days to want to exchange the pants. Anyway because of the cash register receipt with that text, they may also add that this does not apply to discounted items. Just think it's a shame / somehow just a shame. Because it can also be done differently. Nice nice people and nice beautiful collection with beautiful brands ..... And now this experience has made me feel less pleasant. Especially when it is mentioned on the till receipt that you can exchange! you expect to be able to go back to exchange it for something else, so this was totally impossible in practice. Unfortunately. Made an effort to go back ... and then this ... Because of the nice collection and the people themselves / fine, but know that they do not exchange or return when it comes to sale / discounted items .. Greetings

Today we went with a dress (100 euros) that was bought last summer. Was then hung - according to instructions - in the cupboard after the first washing. Nav. our upcoming holiday today for the first time out of the closet but appears to have become unusable due to shrinkage (after 1 washing completely according to instructions!). Unfortunately, Pop 84 couldn't do anything for us because the warranty period (of course) expired and the item could no longer be returned to the factory. In itself all understandable. However, no other solution was put forward which made us feel somewhat let down. When we subsequently announced that we would no longer be there, we were strictly told that we should not "take over our frustration" at the salesperson who spoke to us at the time. There is no further word (from either side) on which we have left the matter bewildered. We find it very unfortunate that a case relies entirely on the rules of the case and the manufacturer without any empathy for the customer, and then also reacts in an aggrieved manner ("You have to think carefully about what you say", "I did not from someone if you expect ") if the customer simply indicates that he no longer wants to come. PR course maybe?
