Nice fashion for a nice price

Because the bad review on FB is immediately removed, I also place the review here !! Last Saturday afternoon I bought a nice shirt at Nuns in Assen. I was helped extremely friendly and left the store satisfied. When I was home I immediately washed the shirt because I think it is rather dirty to wear it right since everyone is sitting with their hands on it and it often has a strange odor. When hanging the shirt after washing, I saw that the seams were skewed. Extremely disappointed went back to the store on Monday afternoon. The friendly woman who was working could unfortunately not help me further because there had to be consultation with her "boss" ?? !! Fortunately she saw that the seams were indeed quite skewed. I left my details and would be called back. Tuesday afternoon at one o'clock I had not received a message so I decided to call myself. Again a friendly woman on the phone who actually couldn't help me either !! She agreed to a voucher on which I said I would not agree. When a product is exchanged, for example due to customer doubts, a voucher may be given, in the case of a defect that is a different story. The woman in question agreed to a refund of my money and agreed that I would collect my money in the afternoon. No sooner said than done. However, upon entering, I was treated so terribly incorrect by most likely the "boss" which is almost indescribable and which the dogs don't like. The friendly woman was also present, I had no problems with that at all! Upon arrival I also spoke to the woman, after which the "boss" quickly took over the conversation. According to Mr. Boss, the shirt was not at all crooked and it was already completely ridiculous and incomprehensible that I first washed my newly purchased shirt ?? !! Mr. did not want the discussion but started again and again. Now, by nature, I have not fallen on my mouth, but unlike Mr., I always remain friendly but certainly fierce when wronged. With this I want to say that I have definitely entered the battle. The gentleman called me a liar, I soon had to "go crazy" and I was never allowed to enter "his" store again! I was furious and wanted to take a picture of the certainly "crooked" shirt to definitely post a negative review on the internet with the evidence provided. The shirt was pulled off the counter and the atmosphere became grim, perhaps threatening. Whereupon I decided to take my money and thunder and then never again to enter Mr. Shop before I would be rude with all the consequences that entails !!

A very nice store with a lot of choice! Nice brands including Maicazz and Zizo. The staff helped me in a nice way and gave good advice. I will definitely come to this store more often :)
