DISASTER! What is stated on their website "Orders placed before 20:30 will be delivered the next day" is simply not true. It's actually a 1,5 weeks wait. Although item was in stock when order was placed. As soon as the money is paid it's a different story! When speaking to the customer service line you will find yourself talking to a person that simply doesn't care about your problem, won't give you any sort of solution AND won't let you finish your sentence! I got interrupted during the entire call! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Great furniture, Interesting stuff to find!

They have nice stuff but the customer service could be better. Almost a month ago we returned a floor lamp (according to the conditions) because we bought a larger version of this lamp, also at Sfeer. Despite calling several times, we still have not got our money back for the returned lamp. Every time we call we are told that they just happen to be working on it, but almost a month later it is still unfinished. That does not come close to the 5 to maximum 10 working days they promise!

My shop now has its own house. Will definitely be back for our entire interior.

Funny gadgets and nice furniture. friendly staff who think along with your home decor. many possibilities to possibly make agreements about purchase and returns. Certainly an asset to Assen e / o
