Very bad and incomplete advice regarding earplugs. Returned 2 times with complaints. Promised to be called back. Does not happen. Winkel does not want to take any responsibility. No more Specsavers! 95 Euro lost. That's well deserved Specsavers. That is now two customers less .. p.s. see below that it is often wrong in Assen

Within a year, part of my frame purchased from specsavers has come off for no apparent reason. Made an appointment with the optician, and upon check-up I was informed that I had mishandled the frame, that it was not being repaired, and that I should buy a new frame! I only do office work with my reading glasses and I am very disgusted with this judgment and service within one year of the warranty period! Nice talk but little service!

Neat shop. Dropped by by appointment. Immediately turn. Clear explanation of the options with the glasses. Picked up glasses. Glasses are adapted to my personal preference. Free glasses box.
