Beware !! I ordered more than 1.5 weeks ago. Neatly had a PostNL track & trace. PostNL has not received the package for 1.5 weeks. No reach by telephone or e-mail. I've already paid ... Bad service

Terrible Service .. Staff discussing the upcoming lock down. No attention to the customer I will NEVER come there again .. Rude

I actually wanted to go to a local shoe store for a game of shoe polish. However, the shoe store, which I had in mind, was already closed. That's why I went to Ziengs, a national shoe store. The service was not good there. One saleswoman couldn't help me, so she had to call another colleague. He then said that it is no longer possible to polish my shoes. She referred me to a shoemaker. So that will cost me a lot of money, while the local shoe store might have given me some good advice. In short, I no longer go to a national shoe store and certainly not to Ziengs anymore.
