I have the conversation report from Mr. van der Ziel requested from my doctor. Incomprehensible how he completely misinterpreted some of the facts that I have mentioned in his conversation report. I do not understand how he managed it. The difference is big, they are crucial differences. He has diagnosed and written that I disagree with this diagnosis while he did not share the diagnosis with me. With this diagnosis about my personality, he has completely misplaced the shelf, incomprehensible how he could think of that. Friends and family do not understand anything at all. Furthermore, he shared the conversation report including the errors with my doctor without permission. And besides, during the conversation he did nothing with my request for help that I sent in advance. I really hope that the aforementioned gross errors only occurred to me, but that would be very coincidental. He has the best intentions to help people, but my advice is to really find another psychiatrist who does hear and write down what is being said.
