I have been a satisfied customer here for years. The products are of good quality. You get professional advice and they are always very customer friendly.
Wrong product got through wrong information and I get a voucher as a solution And no money back! I had been there Friday evening and brought it back immediately Saturday! It was even said it looks perfect though so that's not the problem but you can't get a refund so people are warned! There are several complaints about this company and the information they give also warn hairdressers not to ask for advice here! Because these people simply cannot! And then you sit and with messed up hair or a voucher !!
Received good advice about the products. The result was as they said. Highly recommended. Also read previous review. I think rules are rules. Is arranged in several cases that you do not get a refund and they have to adhere to that. I'll be back for sure👍
