If you order pies or lemper and the owner is behind the counter no problem. He first thaws them and then throws them in the fryer or microwave. As that girl who works there too, you get dirty. She puts the pies in the fryer as a result, burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. If you normally ask if she wants to defrost it first, you will get a smart comment 'they have already defrosted' with an attitude look. Okay ... weird because you don't make them right. So only get these things when the owner is behind the counter!
Delicious food, friendly delivery staff and staff and the cook is also up for a nice chat.
Unfortunately, this has little to do with Indian. Nasi goreng that tastes like curry. Chicken rica rica that is mainly spicy but has no other taste. Too bad, as far as I know there is no other Indian takeout in Assen.
