Ordered a sofa in June, which would be delivered in mid-August. Advance paid of 150 € website indicates free delivery which turns out not to be the case when ordering, but 90 € will be charged. Finally called at the beginning of August saying that the first week of September will be delivered, which at first did not make me happy. Then called at the end of August and they say that it will not be until mid-August. When the employee on the phone asked to cancel the order in my name, indicating that he would send an email so that I get my deposit back. AND then a name pops up, one “Henri de Vries”. Who claims that an order placed in June and a delay to October is under acceptable overrun. I do not get my deposit back and I have to pay 30% purchase amount for cancellation Finally received an email last week that the bank has only just arrived! Don't let this Henri scam you! Everyone suffers from corona, but this one preys on people's money! Go a little further and buy quality furniture from Stokroos!

Good and honest information, no pushy salesmen. We have bought a very nice sofa that has been neatly delivered within the stated delivery time. If you are looking for a high-quality sofa and do not want a dime in the first rank, but appreciate quality and a personal customer approach, you have come to the right place.

Sofa ordered this came a little later than indicated. But could possibly get a loan bank. Top service, lots to choose from in the showroom.
