advice: DO NOT buy a bathroom at Hummel bathrooms. A bathroom selected at hummel, tiles were in stock and could be delivered within 14 days. Price agreed including tiler. Then the misery started. The plasterer, also advised by Hummel, is a total of 5 times !! not showing up a few days afterwards excuses and excuses with a new appointment, after which nobody came. Tiler set the same story, he would first come to look for an introduction and to measure. But the tiler also did not show up, not even responding to our requests in the following period to appe / call / email or something like that. in short, we wanted a bathroom from Hummel, this one never got. Update 30-07-2019: After posting this response, Hummel bathrooms suddenly DOES come up with an answer, so expressing their dissatisfaction through mail contact makes no sense, but now that they see a negative response on the internet they suddenly want to talk ... at least they threaten to the police step if we do not remove the negative response. In addition, they take legal action and they will tell us the negative publicity. So instead of a solution, they come up with threats and with a response that we shouldn't be doing that and that a stucco is just busy, we shouldn't be complaining that it doesn't show up. Dear Sir Hummel, As far as I am concerned, we no longer need any contact, you have no reason to praise your tilers / plasterers. Just let them keep their agreements. Thank you for the many expenses that I have had to make for the hours that I have taken time off from work. If everyone lives up to their agreements, there will also be no negative publicity.

We have always been well helped by Hummel Assen in searching and finding 2 bathrooms over the years. We have the last bathroom purchased a few years ago with a somewhat special shower head. An Italian designer shower head that mixes air with water Yet this was not a pleasant shower head. It made a lot of noise and a lot of splashing, but not done anything to change it as it was our choice anyway. Now we want to renovate the first bathroom and I went to Mr. Vonk and presented our problem with the shower head. He asked for a video, which I sent and after seeing it, he immediately agreed that this is not it. Without any discussion I was given another, also beautiful stainless steel shower head. Was positively surprised. Great, even after a few years 👍 Herman König .

A hinge piece of a vanity unit that was bought 7 years ago. It took a long time before the hinge was there, but it was completely free of charge. Super!!
