the delivery is always perfect, speedy and neatly sent.
is also nice after pay, if you do not like the watch, you send it back and no hassle with paying and settling. last Monday ordered a watch and delivered yesterday, come home open the mail and the watch is in the black friday deals for 12 euros cheaper. no problem, but it still does not feel good, message sent and the next day reply, that the 12 euros is credited and my watch goes for the friday deal.

Top site! I had ordered a diesel watch but unfortunately I got moisture behind it and the second hand stopped occasionally. After calling them and leaving a voicemail, she called back the same day.
After explaining it was decided that I could send the watch back for repair, completely free! After 2 to 3 weeks I got it back, but now and then the second hand still stops. Contacted again and if I no longer want the watch I get a voucher that just keeps the offer.
All in all a top site very customer friendly and a very good service!
Hence 5 stars despite the fact that the watch did not fully cooperate.
