They have already put glass on us several times. Very neat at work. Also ordered beautiful glass for kitchen back wall from him and immediately let him install mosquito nets. Perfect for each other!

Contacted on Wednesday because the front roller shutter, after making creaking noises a number of times and was stuck, Dennis was right here on Thursday. After a quick, necessary disassembly, the problem was quickly identified: Motor and bearing defective. I was under the impression that this was a "Somfy system" and a quick simple exchange was possible. Unfortunately no "Somfy" but certainly suitable for adaptation to that system, only we had to wait for the parts due to. adjustment. The following week, again on time, the entire system was replaced / hung and the roller shutter on the kitchen window was also hung / adjusted again. Overall a very positive experience. Fast and friendly contact, fast handling and a very competitive price!

Agreements have been made with D&S (Dennis) about replacing a number of double-glazed windows. Thinks along well and the windows look great, especially the black in between cavity was a good idea, that makes the whole thing tighter. All in all very satisfied!

As part of a major job / renovation (> 150k), the ventilation grilles also had to be replaced. This attempted to plan and arrange in a timely manner, but it appears that this is not possible with D&S. For me, D&S is too passive (not actively following delivery time, seeing the customer's interest), D&S responds enormously poorly (or not) to questions / requests and D&S agreements often fail to comply (eg call back, make inquiries, pass on delivery time and scheduling installation date). For that reason we stopped using the services of D&S after three months of contact. In addition, the learning capacity is very low, because even after the substantiation (unfortunately in the mail, because no contact by phone ..) I received a far from professional response (also via e-mail). Dennis may be a good craftsman and he does his job well, but unfortunately we did not come to this point and I advise against this company.
