Huisarts Ramdas

Doctor Ramdas is a committed general practitioner with a listening ear. I wouldn't want another. Assistants have always spoken to me in a friendly manner, but communication about the practice support is poor. I've been waiting for an appointment for months after the one I had left.

The GPs themselves are usually good. But the rude chicks at the counter really are a shame for a health center.

Dear doctor but how slow those assistants are! And the practice supporter too! Wait 2 wks for a phone call. Only after my wife was angry on the phone (I was lying on the couch with a lot of stomach ache) and only then action was taken! You call them back. I am the 1st waiting in line to have to wait 15 minutes! I'm transferring! Is not worth the effort!

Family doctor is a darling woman! Very helpful and understanding, but the assistants ... What a drama! No reprimand whatsoever for you on the phone or counter. Do not help think of a solution and the waiting times on the phone are ridiculously long! It is only because of that that I intend to switch from a doctor.

A very nice doctor! Really a people person!
