not particularly all customer friendly

So far my experience with this group (not the doctors specifically) not too good. The registration process takes a lot of time where they could simply check if your insured (for example by showing your card) The paperwork is also ridiculous in the age of digitization. The front desk staff is very unfriendly. It seems the group is more interested in getting the money linked to your registration then actually caring about the patients. BTW on the registration for data are requested that have zero to do with my registration (like occupation and education). I will see how this goes the coming few months but the start is not too good.

Bad experience of contacting GP. When you call, there are always an average of 15 people waiting in front of you. Then you can opt for a call back appointment, but they will not meet it. Then you call again yourself, they indicate that you will be called back by the practice nurse. You will be called idd, but not by your practical training but by a replacement. He does not know a solution to your problem, but will consult with your doctor and promise to have you call back yourself or by your doctor. You wait, wait, don't hear anything. Will call again at the end of the day ... something had gone wrong, sorry! But it was better if an appointment would be made physically. That was possible with my own GP in 2.5 weeks, with another GP in 1.5 weeks! Sorry? Not before? No, it was not an acute emergency. Really, then you could be dead and buried! They need to build even more residential towers on the Equator, take on even more patients! Then we no longer have a turn at all. Scandalous!

A very bad GP practice to say the least. Doctors don't take you seriously and even tell you (I'm not making this up!) That you are making an appointment. Until they have to tell you in the hospital that this is not the case at all.
