We have ordered a beautiful PVC floor with underfloor heating from van den Hazel. A nice conversation and well served. A few days before delivery I received an email to pay and I did that properly. The milling company was supposed to start on Wednesday ... whoever did not attend a milling company. Communication with van den Hazel was difficult so I approached the milling company directly, they had not received confirmation that milling had to be done from van den Hazel. But because they found it annoying and did not think it could have happened that they did us "in between". They are terribly busy, but fortunately they helped us and after all satisfaction they milled that Friday. 25th the PVC would be laid, so luckily that could continue. Monday the 25th at 8:00 am someone would come to install PVC ..... not so. Called Van den Hazel, no reply by email. A friend who visited a mechanic from van den Hazel had received the number of the person who came to install the PVC. He was very surprised because he would come on Tuesday on the 26th ... go again one day off for nothing, but well I knew that the next day it would be all right. And luckily it turned out well. Not thanks to van den Hazel, because I still have to get an answer from that today. They did not hear anything, no mail, no phone call, nothing. Thanks to my own research and the great efforts of Azer and Tommy it turned out well !!!!

I can't make it better than a big fail. The purchase of our kitchen went well. The installation quickly went a little less smoothly. At the time, they sealed things in the sink, which should not have happened. Now that part of this is broken, things went wrong. Up to 2 times they sent the wrong part and then the right one, but no mechanic who would install it. Contacted sales (I remember the number after so many calls) and finally agreed that the engineer would do this. After all, they had glued it together and we as the owner are not going to hammess with new parts if not properly assembled. On January 12, a mechanic would come free of charge, this was confirmed to us in black and white. No one came on this day (without cancellation on the part of Van Den Hazel) so I called. I got Michel from the sales service on the phone who told me that the appointment had been canceled. Huh? We had already waited for a technician for 5 weeks. We received an email that we have to pay eur 165 per hour and someone would come. huh? It had already been promised by email that someone would come to fix this problem free of charge. Of course I did not agree and since then every day I spoke an email and voice message, but nobody has called us back yet Van den Hazel kitchens, I say don't

On October 6, we visited Jan van den Hazel's kitchens in Lelystad to look at a new kitchen. The friendly attention and the way in which the salesperson (Jules) asked us what our wishes were for our new kitchen, and did this in a very professional way, two hours later we had our wishes for what we wanted on a beautiful 3D plate . So became the kitchen. This was exactly what we wanted, and the next day we were able to expand the kitchen even more, which was done by Jan the director of the company in just as neat a way as his top salesman Jules. The way this was done was very familiar, and we decided to make this big purchase from this kitchen company. It was agreed that the kitchen would be delivered on Monday December 14th, and that the kitchen would be assembled on the 15th and 16th, by their own professionals, which also happened to me well, my own people. Kitchen was neatly delivered on the Monday in question, and our kitchen technician rang the bell on Tuesday at 8 am. This later turned out to be SUPER THEO, and this man worked in a very professional manner. I myself worked in the technical service for 35 years, as an all-round craftsman, but this Theo was truly a master in installing kitchens. The peace and precision that he radiated during this big job, because we had bought a large kitchen, was nice to experience. Total time was 2 1/2 days, and there was a beautiful kitchen. I think this man is a craftsman pure Sang, and not a door was half a millimeter crooked. We are therefore very satisfied with and the treatment of the people in the kitchen center, but the pinnacle and pinnacle is the great class and craftsmanship of this kitchen fitter. We say it is recommended to go to Van de Hazel just for that. Just before Christmas we are enjoying our beautiful kitchen from van de Hazel. RECOMMENDED! We are still very happy with the kitchen that the Van den Hazel company placed with us 5 years ago. No hassle with negotiating, just for a fair price. It was no problem at all that we ordered our composite counter top and special size sink from someone else. Existing equipment was also installed without problems by a skilled technician. Service requests are still resolved to our satisfaction. Without receiving an invoice for it. Thanks!

I bought a kitchen from Van den Hazel Lelystad. I was very satisfied with the design and the input. When the kitchen was installed, trouble started. I have never experienced a company that communicates so poorly and does not keep the agreements made. They make promises that they themselves know in advance that they cannot keep, and that by the owner Mr. J. van den Hazel himself. I sent an email and registered letter in August and I was promised three times by telephone by the owner that he will respond substantively, but that still has to be done now (November 2020). My advice is never to do business with it, you are guaranteed to regret it.
