Good quality flowers and pleasant service

Receiving flowers for my wife's birthday, unfortunately we were not at home at the time of delivery. The delivery person has delivered the flowers in the paper container. Wonder if this seems normal. You are not at home, you can then start fishing your flower surprise from the container. No longer need flowers from Adam Factory, luckily topbloemen.nl was not too happy about it. 5 neighbors where no one is at home seems very unlikely to me, furthermore have not received any previous excuses for the method of delivery hence my complaint. Whether or not there is dirt in the container seems to me no reason to leave the flowers in the container as a delivery method. All in all bad thing from Adam factory, indicate no professionalism.
