Unfriendly staff and bad service!

We have a super nice flower shop in Schagen, I am very happy with it, nice and central and opposite the supermarket. I get my flowers every week, but after several times I discover that the quality is very sad. Really 4 days and they can go to jail, I'm not used to that. Of course I want to help start a new shop, but several times I run into bad flowers. In price you are idd lower on average than the other flower shops (plus point) but if you sell frozen flowers that collapse at home I am afraid you will not make it like this. I also personally regret the young girl who works for you, I have also reported my complaint to her, which she can of course do nothing about, and I understand. Child is at the beginning of a fun career, full of ideas and positive commitment. I wish that girl like that, but please take a higher look at the quality.
