Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Customer friendliness is hard to find with these people. Instead of neatly explaining that you have to print and paste a label at DPD yourself. I am used to PostNL that the barcode is scanned from the phone and then glued to the package. What is the reaction of the lady behind the counter "Do I have to stick your phone on the package?" I will never come here again.

What an unfriendly and antisocial male employee. What a courage to deal with a fellow man, especially under these circumstances. The approach is narcissistic and disrespectful. Receiving feedback, listening, and really hearing the other person is not possible. I like to take off my sunglasses when I am aware of this or am alerted to it in a friendly way. I did the same right away, out of fright / impulse. Regardless of whether someone might have a legitimate reason to keep them up and, just like me, apparently missed a sticker or a sign that tells you to take off your sunglasses. On the other hand, it is great that you can move away from an emotion of the other person and that is done with "I do not enter into a discussion." I do value the feelings and needs of someone else ... Conclusion: I don't fit this store. So too bad that you have put a spanner in my first outing in the past 2 weeks. Again, you startled me, you were hurtful and directive. That was unnecessary!

I read a lot of unfriendly reviews, which I find very disappointing. Apparently there are people who literally want to be served as members of the Royal House. I have been a regular customer for 10 years and since my first visit only good experiences. I am always kindly helped, whether this is the checkout for fuel or just a packet of tobacco. Both the owner and the staff are always friendly and treat you properly.

The most rude guy I have ever experienced. And given the reviews it appears that I am not the only one who thinks so. What a pathetic figure. So totally unfriendly. I would say close the place. And put someone skilled in it. AND IN VIEW OF YOUR REACTION YOU ARE STILL DOMMER THAN DOM. I ALREADY MADE A MESSAGE. THE ONE THAT YOU RENT FROM TOKO WILL STILL HERE. TAKE A DEAL WITH PEOPLE. SINCE YOU SEE YOUR REVIEWS YOU CAN LEARN MORE. A HOPE OF PEOPLE DON'T GET MORE BY YOUR BEHAVIOR. JUST THINK ABOUT THAT. AND DON'T THROW IT ON DHL. You must behave and be customer-friendly. AND YOU ARE EVERYTHING EXCEPT THAT .....
