It was so disappointing that the staff was not care to help and she was so mean. I could not find another side of the shoes and she said ‘ I dont know’ and walk away. I have never experienced this before in my life. If you have this kind of attitude, I think you should not do this job !

I went to the store close to the closing time and while I was trying a pair of shoes I was invited to live the store. The employee was very unpolite and I dont like to generalize but I haven't seen this happening in any other country besides Netherlands. I was already inside the store, they could still close it and let me inside for a couple more minutes. Aditionaly, there ways and ways to say things. Totally unprofessional.
