I love these shops, especially the one at the Elandsgracht, the shoes are a dream and the attention is SUPERB!! Especially the Asian lady is very sweet, but all of them are caring and helpful... Great shopping Experience!! 5* (Perla)

When you step into 1 of their 3 stores, you immediately get greedy, so many beautiful pumps and boots to choose from. And the staff are helpful, attentive and so sweet. I always succeed here!

It was the most rude customer service that I have ever experienced. The lady is crazy. She yells and even humiliated me in front of other shoppers. It's a shame because the shoes are of good quality.

My wife used to be a client at Elandsgracht store. Today, she stepped into and started looking a specific pair of shoes. The lady who is the salesperson started yelling "dit is van de nieuwe collection, het is geen uitverkoop". My wife just answered " zo...?". My wife got really disappointed with the rude, unprofessional, unethical and unfriendly way the seller talked to her. Why this salesperson had thought my wife was looking for cheap shoes? She buys the shoes she likes, it does not matter if it is new collection or not. In a time when it is so important to keep customers satisfied and sales up, why is that Daniele Dentici keeps a sales person like that? Don't they provide the minimal training for their sales people? So, today, Daniele Dentici lost a sale and a customer.
