Beware of this seller! 2 month ago I returned shoes, which Chaplinshoes has sold via Amazon.de. Till now I haven't seen a cent from the 139 Euros I payed. Background: According to Amazon.de guide lines sellers, who want to sell on the German Marketplace to German customers, have to provide a address in Germany to make it affordable to return goods or cover the shipping cost, which are 13,99 Euro for a traceable package. Chaplinshoes ignored this and refused to cover the shipping costs. I chose the "cheaper" option of an 8,89 Eur package, not realizing that I would put myself in the mercy of this seller, who know mischievously claims to not have received the package. I can not recommend to do any kind of business with this person.

I tried to buy a pair of shoes. They immediately accepted the payment with Paypal, and at this point the order disappeared from my account. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the shop. I made a complaint through Paypal and they finally sent me a "package" (two-way) containing shoes of completely different brand, model, color and number from those ordered. It had never happened to me to take a "single" with online purchases, I hope at least to get my money back. Completely unreliable, super not recommended.
