The house was very noisy. It was hardly possible to sit in the living room in the evening and talk without waking up the others. In the ad you mentioned a 600 square meter garden to the 200 square meter terrace. But these were not available. Otherwise the house is very nice and modern. Well suited for golfers.

Around the turn of the year luxury villa 6a nr 207 rented for a week. We had to wait an hour and a half longer because the cleaning still had to be done. Beautiful house, a beautiful park, nice beds and generously furnished in the kitchen. However in the kitchen there was no lighting on the worktop which you would expect and which was very annoying. There was a foul air in the downstairs bedroom and there appeared to be a huge leak, drops pouring from the ceiling when the shower was taken upstairs. They tried to solve it, but it is really unacceptable if they are at the door on New Year's Eve at 8 in the morning. Finally you are on vacation. For days the whole family of 5 men had to shower in my bedroom. This is not what you expect from such a luxurious and expensive house. They themselves thought that it was all well resolved, not very customer-friendly in my opinion. A missed opportunity and therefore only 3 stars.

At first glance, beautiful complex with wonderful villas. Equipment of the house was adequate. Nicely located, lots of nature in the area and nice opportunities for walking. Many leisure opportunities nearby. Ideal for trips up to 1 hour arrival, many possibilities (Leylstad, Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Freizritpark, Veluwemeer, Uetrecht ....). Nice weekly market in the beautiful town of Harderwijk. Very nice staff at the reception. Negatives: Some owners seem to do gardening on Sundays. Chainsaw, leaf blower and hedge trimmer were used. A full dog waste bag was right next to the front door when it was handed over We were only allowed to enter the villa 1 hour later than stated. These are points that are not acceptable for this category of facility and accommodation. A trip is still worthwhile for the surroundings. And the disturbances were not permanent so you could spend nice days here.

Cool place to relax. Over water and at the golf course

Accused of leaving jacuzzi water dirty after departure. No crazy things were done with this, but they think that is a reason to withhold the entire deposit. The reason is that the water needs to be changed. I can expect them to change the water after every weekend. There is no communication with this park. When you make a reservation, at least include in the costs that you have lost the deposit without doing anything for it. Very much left to the way the park dealt with us.
