The lady behind the desk acts very rude especially against non-Dutch speakers. They are not helpful at all and prefer you to leave as soon as possible. Would not recommend to buy here! Order online is better.
The woman there was very rude, unforgettable. I was trying the shoe and she pointed out to me saying I cannot wear the show because my footprint stays!! Are you kidding me!! Despite how angry I was, I purchased the show without even trying. I think they are discriminative as soon as they notice you speak English! Terrible, don’t recommend.
The service is awful, the staff is very rude so I decided to leave and buy online instead. It’s a pity because they have a good selection and great location. They should learn some good manners

Shopkeeper in the shop is acting different to non-Dutch speakers. Apparently you can’t try shoes on. I have read the reply of the shop to other mentioning this, indicating that it is due to corona measures. But I (and the others probably neither) don’t mean the line outside. The problem is inside, it’s the lady shopkeeper that is rude to clients. Don’t blame Covid-19 for your rudeness!
