Hoi community! Today, I visit the therapist Anja Beruik because I had some local pains distributed in my foot, knee and low back due to a labour accident. First, after filling my medical information, she asked me for an explanation of what has happened. Then, she did a wide range of test along my leg and my back. When she finished this. She could realise that my body is already healing. However, she treated my low back with a massage. Finally, she explained to me the process of healing after a hit, which consists of these different steps: inflammation (1 week) chemical reaction ( 3 months) and restructuring. Now, I know what to expect in the upcoming weeks So for all this, I can say Anja Beruik is an excellent professional that not only treat my pains but also calm my mind.
