After I saw on the website that the store is too small to keep enough distance, I called to say that I need help finding the right rope for my bookcase. It was said very unfriendly that I cannot come by. And that I should go somewhere else. A tip: help me by phone and ask what information you need to give good advice. If this had been done I would have ordered it. Very bad service !!!

Time since I ordered some ropes here. I don't know how many centuries that stuff has been there, but can be happy if it does not break the second time ....... bye

I ordered 35 meters of rope, but only received 12 meters of rope. When I emailed about this I was told in quite unfriendly terms that I was lying and refused to send the remaining amount of rope. After that, didn't respond to my answer either. Hugely bad service.

Nice quality rope and delivered quickly. So definitely recommended to order.
