The Old Pal Zoetermeer

The Old Pal really does welcome you like an old pal. It has a nice cozy pub feel to it, with ambient lighting and wooden details. We walked in with 4 of us without a reservation on a Sunday night and this was not a problem. The foods here surprised us in its quality. It is standard pub fare, but certainly done well. Service was friendly and pretty standard. No complaints. We had a nice time here and the atmosphere does sort of invite you to hang around and have a few beers. There's a good chance we'll be back.

Very friendly staff. Menu has a good variation. The food is of good quality, has generous portions and is very reasonably priced.

Fast service, good food. But way too hot inside. It was like a sauna.

Food and beer was great. The deer burger was lovely and I liked every single beer I tried from the selection they had on offer. The staff were friendly as well.
