Mostly an enjoyable experience, except for a very rude cashier who doesn't respect the Covid 19 rules. But screamed when we were taking coverage against the rain, and I had my little dog in my arms.

Store is okay but not great. I get the stocking folks/employees need to navigate the store but blocking the products you are trying to buy seems a bit counter productive. Cound on being run into or pushed aside for them.

Not safe! It’s too crowdy, the staff is chatting and laughing with customers keeping zero distance and blocking the corridor, tourists are coming in groups, when the staff fills the shelves they dont keep distance to customers, it’s absolutely horrendous during this pandemic. Last week FIVE self service kassas where out of order. Today it took ages until the cash monitorer finally came to let me continue when I was blocked to get checked. And all this while you hear the instructions about the safety rules through the speakers. They apparently dont care AT ALL.

More and more, other brands are being replaced with only AH's own offerings. This is disappointing because I find that the AH brand often is of lower quality (even their 'premium' offering) or is not a direct replacement for products from other brands. Very disappointing. While this is undoubtedly better for AH's profits, it is not good for the consumer.
