Rented a carpet stripper, the screws to hold the knives were pretty worn out, when I turned them on the key slipped off and my hand got to the tip of the knife and even through the protective strip and my glove I had a pretty big hole in my finger. But after returning the device, the deposit was never returned. After a week, only a fraction was returned. This company does not know what a deposit entails, you will get that amount back excluding rental costs!

It is a very large company, with many different people. My first experience with retrieving an extension ladder was not good, the person who helped me was not sympathetic (customer unfriendly) when returning it was okay, so you see again that one person can make you not feel comfortable.
