It would be nice if the agreement for a delivery of a car would be fulfilled, and not let your customer (who has been waiting for his car for 5 months) wait another month because you have more residual value left over by delivering in January, that is you shouldn't make your problem my problem.

Bad service, agreements are not kept Last week I reached an agreement with Multilease regarding the lease of an MG Luxury for a period of 5 years at 20,000 km. per year. Hereby he promised me that the car could be delivered for our vacation. Since we are going on holiday by car, this was a condition for me to agree to the lease contract. After he confirmed this date to me, I made my holiday final and I was only waiting for the final contract to sign it. When sending the contract, however, the delivery date suddenly turned out to be almost a month later. Because of this we have no car to go on vacation as promised. As an alternative to the period until August, I was offered a rental car, where the costs for 2 weeks are comparable to the normal costs per month (so 80-90% more expensive for the same period than under my lease agreement). Because Multilease could not keep its word, I have to incur extra costs as a customer and no alternative is offered that is comparable to the agreements already made. I am very disappointed in the service of Multilease and will therefore not sign the lease contract. Because Multilease has made promises to me that they cannot keep, I am now forced to rent a car to continue my vacation. You understand that after this disappointing service, I will not take a rental car from you, will not use any of your services / services in the future, and will certainly share my negative experience with others to warn them of the poor service. Leased a car here for 5.5 years. In total cost me more than 2.5 x the new price (VW up). Have been super careful, car looked like getting a ring for 5.5 years ...! Few scratches, usage damage on side, top (acorn fallen) and back. Now with the Corona crisis, I was already told by the intake department that entrepreneurs are no longer able to pay their monthly bills. What do you think, collection center has inspected my car again (had it returned to Europcar) and suddenly finds an excessive amount of damage of slightly above 1800 euros. Of which 450 euros will be charged to me (3 x my deductible of 150 euros). Thanks to employee Joost Wouters. At the time signed in 2014 for a deductible of 150 euros for damage (plural) and I have NEVER driven damage to the car myself. Team leader contract management Wiesje Alderse Baas said high words after a justified complaint from me about this, that she would solve it and it would be all right. I will be called again at the end of the day, 'no the 450 euros will remain. Put your legal assistance on it '. I would get an amount above 500 euros back for kilometers not driven and half a month in March 2020. They are now wrongly holding and withdrawing my money and settling this with the 'so-called damage amount'. Very dirty game from Multilease and the above. Very unjustified claiming damages due to a crisis. You just get scammed and treated outrageously. Asked to forward my complaint to management. Haughty: 'No they don't do anything with it. They have something else on their mind '. Fortunately, my legal assistance is now working on it. MULTILEASE NEVER AGAIN !!! What goes around, comes around. I am not surprised if this company goes bankrupt soon. Do not wish anyone anything bad. But with such injustice I have no pity for the above people. Bad karma for yourself to knowingly scam people and withhold hard-earned money that someone is entitled to !!! Disgusting!!!
