Horrible nasty ignorant mean man there, just wrong how he treated me, he actually reduced me to tears as he was so unhelpful and very very rude. Even his colleague was embarrassed but too young to say anything. What a horrible man you have working there. I was too sad with personal reasons to react stronger or complain at that point. I ran out of your shop in bits. This is really bad. An older man who should have behaved normal. Because of his extremely bad attitude the carpet delivered was wrong. He actually argued with me a woman crying in the middle of your store. The man is clearly not in order.
