Dermatology unit very helpful and friendly and professional. While I would allocate 1 star to the bloodtest service. Appt times are never kept. Always 15 to 20 minutes delays while it's very early in the morning. In the middle of corona, I don't feel comfortable waiting around in an increasingly busy line of delayed people. I'm on time, then I hope to be taken care of on time.

Very friendly and professional! They did their best to assist me and make me feel comfortable for my MRI. The result was ready soon. Their technical support for the result and online login is provided in English, French and Dutch! All the hygienic codes for corona were observed! Really happy with my experience there. When I needed the results, I could easily go and pick up my CD at the center easily. They will also send it to other locations by their formulier which is great.

Suffered from a lower back herniated disc and I had to make a MRI scan and check it up at a neurologist here. The neurologist and the rest of the staff are quite friendly and proficient so I'm very thankful for them and their services.

Rude desk clerks without compassion, and without a single drop of respect for an elderly person who does not speak the Dutch language. Desk employee with blonde long hair and glasses. You absolutely do not belong behind that counter. We need people who act with respect and uniqueness and not according to color. A FEW TIPS THAT I WILL GIVE YOU AS A YOUNG ADULTS to work on. Welcome your clients candidly and not antisocial! SAY GOODDAY, MAY I HELP YOU, MRS. -GUIDE YOUR CLIENTS IN A WAY THAT THEY FEEL HEARD AND SAFE. - TALK IN A NICE WAY, AND NOT THE HAGUE STREET LANGUAGE WAY! Neat clinic and fine professional guidance during (and before and after) the MRI. I have claustrophobia and was very pleasantly guided and reassured.
