Mediocre handling. When they have the glass of your watch replaced and they return it with dust particles and dirt particles under your glass and you indicate that it is not acceptable, they look weird. They try to get out of it several times and pretend you are crazy that you want your jewelry back in its original condition. Bad service, unkind employee (I think the manager).
Top service! Despite the lockdown, good help via WhatsApp. And managed to buy a watch and was delivered super fast. Completely happy, thanks and good luck these days!
