Although our sofa only had some light stains on the eye, the difference is really visible. I recommend it to everyone to have the sofa cleaned once every few years. Van Polanen is an unreliable and unprofessional company. I made an appointment with Mr Van Polanen twice and he did not show up both times. The first time he did not come because the repair of his device was delayed. I was told this more than an hour after the agreed time, because he did not have my phone number with him and he had to go home first to call me. The second time he said that he was in a traffic jam in my hometown (where exactly he did not know himself) and that he could not mentally manage to come anymore. He wanted to make a new appointment. I did not feel like taking a day off for the third time and decided not to use Van Polanen's services. Very Disappointing Experience.

We moved and in our new house we had old carpet on the stairs. Because of hygiene decided to have this cleaned. The carpet was also quite worn, but after cleaning it was not only clean and more beautiful in color, but also less worn. The clumps all came up nicely again. Through our supplier of the furniture, we ended up with the Polanen company to have our furniture cleaned. Looking back, we are very happy with that. Our furniture is all made with a Tonica fabric from Kvadrat. We wanted to have 6 dining table chairs, a chaise lounge and 2 armchairs cleaned. The 2 armchairs are 8 years old and looked pretty used with some stains here and there. Our beloved chaise lounge had a big stain due to a leak and according to the upholsterer it was still the question whether it could be cleaned. A day later we saw the result of the work performed. All furniture is like new again and we see again how beautiful the deep black Kvadrat fabric has become. In addition, Mr. van Polanen adheres very well to the corona rules, which was very important for us with vulnerable family members.
