Parked here on Sunday afternoon for our visit to Kinopolis. Upon returning there was a huge line to the outside in front of the parking meter. There appeared to be a letter on 1 of the 2 machines that you could drive out freely. But because everyone paid anyway, nobody took the risk of standing in front of a closed gate. The machines themselves also gave no indication that it was free from driving. Paid after waiting for fifteen minutes. At the barrier it turned out to be free, so we paid for nothing. And stood in line and paid for nothing. Everyone! Poorly arranged there.
