Super tiny parking spots. Entrance is small. Too many people who will hold you up. Cars going up will have difficulty avoiding cars going down. As pedestrian one crossing felt a bit dangerous. All these downsides are solved as the first 2 hours of parking is entirely free!! YES!!!

Far too little lighting and poorly organized parking places.

In itself a great parking garage. Everything clearly indicated. But the spots are very tight. However, spacious disabled parking spaces close to the entrance / exit. That has been thought about. They also have spacious areas for families with prams and the like. Unfortunately that cannot be checked and I regularly see someone parking a car there who is alone. Driving downhill requires some driving skills as the cornering is tight.

I regularly park there. It is centrally located, always in place and you can walk straight into the Stadshart via the walkway at the Passage entrance. It is dark inside.
