Poor communication no feedback when treating a 14 year old pupil. Eventually, while our pupil was treated by this Physio for over six months, we were concerned and visited a podiatrist, we got clarity about the difficult walking. Then the physiotherapist claims to have passed on the mentioned points of the podiatrist to us earlier ??? Apparently communicated in her report but not with caregivers. Our pupil would have been given home exercises that our autic 14-year-old knows nothing about. This girl is always telling the truth. Unfortunately not the physio.
Too bad about this experience, previously had other practitioners that we were satisfied with.
Very friendly treatment and very skilful help!
