Nice and good food

Staff is constantly in a stress state ... even when it is quiet. This makes them forget a lot of little things. Mayo, salt, an onion, white instead of brown ... etc. Not terrible things, but you do sometimes walk out the door shaking your head. From 12:00 to 14:00 it is sometimes impossible to score a sandwich. However, it is a clean business and the people are really well-meaning and nice. The sandwiches are also tasty .... provided they have not forgotten anything.

What an incredibly bad place. Ordered at 6 p.m., delivered at 7:10 p.m. A large fries is the same size as a medium fries at any other snack bar. In addition, the trays were only half full. Last but not least: everything was cold. It even came with an unbaked fries. It was the first time we had ordered there, and certainly for the last time. Never again.

Not good! After eating some fries, I spent the rest of the evening at home feeling sick. Pot roast was ice cold and it was not even bothered to heat it in the microwave if necessary. And the fries were clearly fried in old fat. Control is also not too good. After 10 minutes of waiting, something could finally be ordered, while there was no customer for us. After 30 minutes we finally got our food on the terrace. Low quality, for a pretty hefty price! There are really better tents in the area for that, but in this case we let ourselves be lured in by the fact that you can sit there after a night of shopping. A real shame...

Wrote a bad review last week after waiting for more than 2 hours and the food was not good. Family called with an apology and offered to reorder the order at their expense. Today took advantage of the offer. Delicious eaten. Thanks for this top service Family Zoetermeer.
