The staff are very helpful and attentive in helping me choose the right product. I bought shoes and they ensured they asked the right questions about the terrain I'm running on to give the best advice. I needed to exchange a product I had chosen in the wrong size and it was a very easy exchange and Tom helped me get the right size so I left feeling very happy. I am new to the area so he also offered some very useful tips on some local trails. 10/10 service, neat and tidy store with an excellent range. I will return for all of my trail running needs.

If you're a runner, this is an excellent store. The staff have always been so helpful and attentive. They have a great selection of trail and street running shoes, and all the clothing you'd need for running in any environment. Great selection of ultra gear as well.

Of all the organizations that I’ve had to deal with during the outbreak, this was the only one that effectively took the money and ran away with it. Communication has been pathetic to say the least, and with two weeks to go before our race I am still waiting for them to 1) inform me that our race has been cancelled, and 2) to answer enquiries I made back in Feb, before this crisis escalated. Not sure what is going on internally, but I have lost faith in MST.
