Nice people who work for a reasonable hourly rate. However, they did not have the promised knowledge of the travel agency scheme, but had already written many hours with receipts. Then the necessary problems with the (limited) software they use, including submitting pension declarations. At the time, it was not possible to export imported data, view it online or enter it yourself. Another downside was that owner Richard still wanted to credit only 1 on the last 2-hour invoice as a courtesy for the problems and unfortunate cooperation. Receiving money for their "expenses" (partly useless hours) was important to him. Perhaps ARO can do a lot of good for slightly simpler administrations, they really do their best
