Updated MARCH 3. Tourist ripoff! Overcharged by over €200!! by a day then i went back to the office and complained and explained that i tried to rent for another day and could not. Furious. They responded with €40 refund. Disgusting. The “premium” location is impossible to find as it’s in a garage with no signage.

They have a no smoking policy in the cars, but the car they gave me smelled like an ash tray. I pointed that out and asked for another (they had several) but the staff couldn't be bothered to change the paperwork. They tried to fix it, but that made the smell worse. I'll stick to other companies from now on.

One of the best rental experience. Keep up the good work.

Wouldn’t recommend unless you need a specific car. 30 minutes attempting to upgrade me to a higher priced vehicle and no real discount. If I wanted to double my cost, I would’ve done it when I booked the vehicle.
